Shipping policy

  •  Fulfillment time is 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday), unless stated otherwise on the individual listing OR at the top of the website. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays or days off per our hours of operation page). A tracking number will be emailed OR texted to you once your order is shipped based on the form of communication you provided. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. 
  • If you have any questions, please contact us via email at gwebbcdv@gmail.com . Please include your full name and order number for faster service. 
  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, as the order is now in their possession. 
  • If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office or UPS, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and mis-deliveries) MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.
  • There are NO refunds or returns on DTF/Sublimation/HTV transfers, personalized/ customized items, digital items, gift cards, or sale items. 
  • We do NOT offer returns or exchanges on items that were ordered in the wrong size, color, or cut (t-shirt, onesie, hoodie, etc.).
